Birk

Birk is from our litter of pups placed in early 2005. The pups had been abandoned at a northern shelter at only 5 days old, and when the shelter contacted us for help, HugABull put out the call for a foster home. A young couple soon got in touch with us and generously offered to foster the whole crew until they were 8 weeks old. They decided early on to keep one pup, and named her "Birk", for the unusual marking she has on her side, that actually clearly says "Bir". Birk is best buddies with their other dog, Pilot, and is currently travelling all across Canada with her family, spending her days running alongside their bikes, and spending her nights crashed out in the van. We wish to extend a huge thanks to the Woods, without whom this litter of pups stood no chance, and look forward to updated pictures of Birk enjoying her cross-Canada adventures!
