This little bundle of cuteness came to us from a northern shelter, along with his brother and sister. As luck would have it, we had an adopter waiting for a pup just like Colonel. At their first meeting it was an instant connection, and The Colonel was off to his new home shortly thereafter. He's proven to be a typical mischievious pup, but spends many of his days at the beach, charming everyone he meets.
"True to his owner, The Colonel seems to have an affinity for the ladies. Loves chewing on their hair. Doesn't seem to give guys the time of day. I've taught him well!! Still not water bound but I'm working on coaxing him in a bit at a time. Considering his front paws are webbed I'm expecting some action soon. Otherwise, I have a heck of a time tiring him out. He's still the most mellow pup you've ever seen and he sits at every opportunity. People love his gentle demeanor.
