Ahhh Nicky (now Mika) our fiery little pup with eyes that could melt icebergs. This boy was as clever as he was cute and we knew that he would make a great addition to an active family looking for a dog willing to keep up. His foster mom raved that he was an easy-peasy pup as long as you kept that brain of his busy and that he was a genius in the making. He managed to have everyone in his foster home wrapped around his little paw. Well nothing has changed accept his size! Mika continues to be the man around the house with his new family, and they are thrilled to have this boy in their home. They continually keep us up to date with pictures and stories about how well he is doing.
"He has taken to walking up to me when I am sitting down and just putting his chin on my chest and giving me these huge puppy dog eyes. Now I know what people mean when they say these dogs just want to be close to you. I am forever tripping over Mika, as he always is under foot trying to stay close to you."
