Renegade

Renegade was not a typical HugABull dog, not only was she not a Pit Bull, she was the much-loved dog of one of our dedicated volunteers. Her owner asked us to assist her in finding a home for Renegade, as she felt Renegade would be happier in a pet home, where she would get lots of personal attention, rather than in a working home, such as her's is (Renegade's former owner works her dogs in French Ring). As luck would have it, a perfect family applied right away, and after a teary goodbye, Renegade headed off to her new home. Renegade's new family already had one Bullmastiff, and was looking for a second gentle giant to join their home. These days, Renegade gets all the attention she could want - she gets no less than three walks a day, including romps on the beach and play dates at a local park. Her family says she fits right in like she's always been there, and confesses it can get a bit crowded in bed with both Bullmastiffs, as well as their smaller mixed breed dog, all snuggled in with them!
