Sloan
Our soulful boy Sloan, with the kindest eyes! Sloan came to us from the city pound where he was picked up as a stray. He had a collar around his neck and an old rusty chain. No one came to claim the poor guy, so he spent many long months in the kennel, barking at everyone that passed him by, as if to say "take me home-pleeeeeeease!". Unfortunately because of that, his chances for adoption were very slim. Luckily a great foster spot came available, and Sloan quickly fit in with his new foster 'mom' and canine sister! While it took a few weeks to get used to the attention, and realize that he was out of the shelter for good, he soon became a great lap warmer. A couple months in foster care did him wonders, and our challenges of getting a good picture for our website finally paid off. A great couple with their combined commitment for a dog, took one look at Sloan and knew he was the one! After a successful meet and greet of about half an hour - Sloanie went to his new home right then and there... seems his new 'parents' had their minds already made up!

Sloan is a wonderful boy, and was a favourite of one of the HugABull co-directors. We're so happy to seem him in a home that will give him all the love and attention he deserves.
