Tully was picked up by a high-kill shelter and was sedated on the table
at the vet's, about to be put to sleep, when a kind-hearted AC officer
at the pound in Chilliwack stepped in and had her transferred to them.
Tully became sadder and sadder at the shelter as the weeks went by,
until HugABull was able to find a foster home for her in October 2005.
This silly, loving girl blossomed with the foster love, and was adopted
that month by a Vancouver Island couple who fell in love with her
Petfinder picture!
Tully was their first pitbull and quite the
introduction to the breed, but she is definitely the spoiled, playful
princess that she was meant to be. Tully likes nothing better than
snuggling under the covers and giving kisses indiscriminately to any
takers! She has a constant wiggle bum and leaps into the air with joy
when her momma and pappa come home each day. Tully has since been
joined by another HugABull alumni, her boyfriend Rhino, and they now
live happily ever after together in Victoria.
